HR Business Partner

Hertfordshire Letchworth 4 days a week, 1 from home (hybrid and flexible hours working pattern)

Flexible hours

Up to £60,000 per annum + £6000 car allowance + 10% bonus benefits including a generous pension contribution & extra day off for birthday.

We are working in partnership with a fantastic growing organisation, who are seeking a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This role works with a great team who are based in the London hub, however this post will be a stand-alone position in the Letchworth office.

What is the role:

The HR Business Partner will be in a true generalist role to provide advisory advice on a range of HR topics to our northern business region. You will be first point of contact for all ER queries, using your HR knowledge and commercial understanding, to coach managers and “push back” when needed. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to wider HR projects.

This is a varied role with a lot of great opportunities for the right candidate.

Candidate profile/experience:

• Considerable experience as a true business partner
• Detail and data oriented who can translate insights back to the business and into action plans
• Commercially aware
• Resilient, self-lead and solution focussed
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified
