Are you a Childcare Solicitor looking for a new position that can offer a friendly, supportive and flexible working environment in Birmingham? This is a great opportunity for a childcare Panel member or for someone looking for a firm that can fund the application for Panel Membership!

As a childcare solicitor in this firm you will join a well-established department consisting of Solicitors, a trainee and Legal Assistants plus admin support who have a wealth of experience between them. Our client is ideally looking for somebody who can hit the ground running picking up a caseload of matters with limited support.

You must have at least five years’ experience working on a caseload of children matters representing parents and other family members involved in local authority cases. You must be approachable, dedicated and empathetic towards your client’s needs.

• Competitive salary + Generous percentage bonus of anything billed and paid above 3x your gross salary
• Holidays start at 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays, and 1 extra day for each completed year of service capped at 30 days
