An established market-leading company which specialises in the aviation industry, providing a multitude of innovative solutions to clients globally. They're challenging the big names in the industry and are in an exciting phase of growth which means they are looking for an ambitious new addition to join their team!
An exciting opportunity to join this growing company's charter team as a trainee, with a focus on developing new business. You'll be working with very interesting clients from Premier League football clubs to pop stars (The 1975, The Weeknd, Billie Eilish), to large corporates such as AstraZeneca and Pfizer to government departments. They have even brokered flights for Lionel Messi!
- Looking to win and develop new clients from valuable data invested in by the company.
- Reaching out to travel managers, airline operators, logistics and procurement teams to build relationships, investigate their travel needs and provide a tailored solution.
- Organising flights for high profile clients such as leading sports teams, celebrities, musicians, business professionals, government bodies, and many more.
- Salary- £25k-£30k DOE, plus commission; OTE £37k-42k

- Training – You’ll spend the first 3-6 months being taught everything you need to know. You will be mentored by and shadowing a senior broker. The charter director has worked for the 2 biggest chartered brokering firms globally, so has plenty of advice to give.
