Operating from an established national branch network, this company is a major player in the Education Recruitment marketplace. They are searching for a Recruitment Branch Manager to lead and further develop an on budget office.
Role:
Education Recruitment Branch Manager, Wirral, CH65
You will have responsibility for all aspects of recruitment branch management: appraisals, running team meetings, attending regional meetings, running a large budget, setting of annual business plan, budgets and targets. This branch reports to an experienced Regional Manager who runs an effective and successful region. The recruitment branch manager will be responsible for budget delivery and driving recruitment sales within the team.
My client is looking for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading by example; the successful applicant will run their own small recruitment territory whilst leading and motivating the Recruitment Consultants and administrator. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment branch manager to grow an already successful team, as there are opportunities for other offices in the region.

To be considered for this role you must have:
*Recent and successful recruitment experience at branch manager level within the Education recruitment sector, or a related high volume temps recruitment sector – social care, industrial, driving, commercial etc.
*A clear commitment to the Recruitment industry, as evidenced by your career history
*Driving licence and car are essential
*This is a fully office based role
Package:
Basic salary negotiable to £45K + OTE/car or allowance/bonus/benefits
