Job description
The post holder will act as a specialist for the local community supporting the delivery of the dietetic service provision to community Hospitals in-patients and staff and to community-based patients in need of dietetic advice and review. The post holder will undertake comprehensive assessments on nutritional management of patients on Home Enteral Nutrition, supporting their carers as well as other hospital and community health care professionals. They will be involved in developing and delivery of specialist nutrition and dietetic education and training to care homes. See job description in supporting documents for full details.
