Customer Service Manager £70,000 - £80,000+ Worthing Full-Time / Permanent Do you have call centre management experience? Experienced in providing a high level of customer service? As a natural leader you will guide the company on delivering excellent customer experience. Motivating your team and colleagues on a daily basis, and thrive to build a winning team! You will be a problem solver, and one who can empathise with customers to improve their experience with the company. A great communicator who will have confidence to build relationships with stakeholders and clients alike. Improving customer engagement and the company’s brand is key to this position.
