Job description

- the business focus on authentic taste and provides a variety of dishes with indian/pakistani taste. Chef would be expected to prepare, season and cooks foodstuffs without supervision
- provide quality foodstuffs
-provide well within a team
-purchases and examines foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality
- ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen
- co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils.
