WHAT TO EXPECT
This is an opportunity to Join and support the Plant launch Organisation in the exciting AGILE in Launch Landscape, Be an empowered leader to ensure collaboration of the Group/s or Squad/s deliver the plant readiness in launch.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
- Supporting the operational Senior launch Leader with initiatives that deliver the Launch Quality Operating Systems & Integrated Product Structure and its associated scorecard metrics.
- Operate as an AGILE Squad lead for plant launch, engage the wider teams to collectively work together.
- Be disciplined in cadence attendance and promote professional attitudes through creator’s code behaviours.
- Guide and assist teams to support cross functional launch approach to resolve any issues using or developing robust toolsets and problem-solving techniques.
- Ensure Customer feedback is recognised as a drive for making the correct decisions for the teams in AGILE
- Ensure robust standards for Jaguar Land Rover programmes are applied.
- Drive clear communication with senior Launch Lead and ensure evidence of escalation items have followed a robust process from Level 0 to complex supportive help tip levels.
- Support all product quality issues adequately through the appropriate AGILE Forums - Stand ups, Scrum of scrums, Showcases and constantly recognised the efforts and rewards of the team/s.
- Contribute to the development of the plant launch and quality operating system for the new model introduction.
- Develop a transparent and unified approach to support the Station readiness / Process readiness and ultimately the Plant readiness.
- Track Quality performance via each build phase to show success and actively drive the teams to achieve target level agreements.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
- Support plant activities to deliver flawless launch i.e. parts presentation, BIW build phases (Including model year changes) setting up tracking systems and report out documentation.
- Support the plant teams by full adherence to AGILE.
- Supports Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Support the Setting of goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
- Support Launch Quality Operating System (LQOS) elements defined as “Plant Launch” and coordination of feedback to NMP team.

- Relevant OR previous experience of Launch and Quality in Manufacturing t.

- Understanding of AGILE process preferably completed courses on success factors.
- Experience of Quality Operating Systems including Launch Quality Operating Systems & Integrated Product Structure
- Experienced in Manufacturing process both Online and Offline
- Understanding of vehicle programme quality and health and safety processes & procedures
- Microsoft package elements (Power Point & Excel)
- Assertive and self-motivated to supporting the business growth.
