A leading integrator of Electric services, critical security systems and life safety systems is looking for a Compliance Manager to be based out the SE London/Kent office.

The role is to manage company compliance in line with legal & voluntary obligations.
Lead on achieving/maintaining 3rd party accreditations.
To inform, advise and guide decision making to Company Directors and wider organisation on matters relating to policy, process, voluntary and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for the creation, implementation, and delivery of relevant Processes to support the above.

Take a lead role with external audits.
Responsible for achieving, maintaining, and improving company accreditations including:
• ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 & 45001,
• Acclaim
• SafeContractor
• Builders Profile
• NACOSS
• RISQS
• UVDB.
Develop, manage, and implement the company internal audit plan in consultation with the Head of HSQE and other Stakeholders.
Ensure internal audit programme is carried out in a timely manner, conduct internal audits, and track/monitor corrective actions through their life cycle to minimise risk and to maximise efficiency in line with ISO and client standards.
Manage day to day compliance issues.
Good communication skills, fluent in both written and oral English, the ability to communicate confidently and clearly is imperative.
Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook software, with working ability in PowerPoint and Visio.
On offer is a basic salary of c60k , full job spec is available.
