Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Slough
Salary: £75-£90 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible

 
GSL Education are currently looking to appoint a number of experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for our client schools in Slough , to undertake placements from as soon as possible . We're searching for SEN Teaching Assistants who have worked with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs, or in care settings.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will possess the following:

• At least one year of SEN support experience in a school, childcare or care setting;
• Being a talented, dedicated and highly motivated educator;
• Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum;
• Demonstrate high levels of care, concern and ambition for our children;
• Have relevant skills and experience to serve a diverse student community including learners with ASC and SEMH ;
• A positive team player with a good sense of humour;
• Be committed to raising attainment and accelerating progress;
• Support SEN students and delivering activities on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Experience in assessing, evaluating, and reporting on pupil progress
