Job description
Supervisor's Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage a team of retail workers, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
2. Maintain the optimal level of organisation, cleanliness, and presentation in your store.
3. Implement and uphold corporate policies and procedures to ensure effective operations.
4. Educate and cultivate employees to provide superior customer service and product expertise.
5. Organise and carry out merchandising plans to increase sales and product awareness.
6. Keep an eye on inventory levels, check stocks frequently, and place orders for replacements as needed.
7. Respond to consumer questions, grievances, and returns in a prompt, courteous manner.
8. Examine sales patterns and put plans into action to increase output and hit goals.
9. Work together with the shop manager to plan and organise events and promotional activities.
