We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager - Aircrete to join our friendly team. This is a hybrid role with site visits to clients and internal stakeholders across the Midlands. Suitable candidates must be based in the Midlands.

The role of Account Manager - Aircrete will be responsible for:
Delivering first class support to our customers remotely and on site
Provide dedicated customer account management to preserve and enhance our volumes, price and profitability.
Utilise account knowledge to provide clear and accurate market intelligence around demand and product mix, along with an understanding of regional housing market.
Work closely with the Commercial Director & Key Account Manager and the wider external and internal commercial team to ensure that account requirements are understood and delivered in line with SLAs agreed with the customer
Strategically manage a portfolio of external accounts to deliver against Aircrete commercial objectives
Ability to seek out and win new business where required as part of overall delivery of the commercial strategy
Manage new customers from initial identification through to repeat orders
The ideal candidate for the role of Account Manager - Aircrete will have experience within a similar role as well as experience of:
Demonstration of managing and developing customer accounts
A self-starter mentality focused on continuous improvement
Advanced commercial understanding of region and our market
Working cross-functionally to deliver customer requirements
Demonstrable experience of utilising commercial tools and forecasts including volume & price reporting, sales forecasts, demand planning
Advanced Influencing, negotiation and change management skills
An excellent understanding of regional market and key players
Able to identify customer needs and build solutions & comprehensive product knowledge in an evolving technical environment
Understanding of housebuilding and key suppliers such as groundworkers/contractors advantageous
Experience of selling to Housebuilders & developers
