Located in Sheffield, S26
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for 2 CNC Millers to join a friendly team located in the S26, Sheffield area.
Contract;
The role;
- This role will be responsible for machining sensitive aerospace components.
Essential skills needed;
- Experience in CNC milling on multiple types of machines.
- A good understanding of health and safety.
- Experience in self-inspection and recording results via SPC charts and other methods of data capturing.
Essential duties and responsibilities;
- Ability to learn multiple machines within the business.
- Understand and be able to interpret engineering drawings.
- Use of overhead cranes for fixture transportation.
- Have a good understanding of manual measuring equipment, micrometres, internal and external and various other types of measuring equipment.
- Carry out TPM checks and assist on machine maintenance when required.
Working Hours;
- Please note this role is rotating days and nights.
- Days = Mon to Thu 7:15am-16:15pm / Fri 7:15am-12:15pm
- Nights = Mon to Wed 6pm-6am / Thu 4pm-8pm
Salary;
- Days = £14.47 / Nights = £21.70
- Please note your salary will be worked out for the year based on the 2 shifts you do.
