Job description

In this role, you will use your coordinating and scheduling capacity in a dynamic medium-sized team where you can mould the role around you and progress long-term.

This company has experienced rapid growth and is looking for a motivated individual, happy to come to the site Monday to Friday and assist the scheduling team leader and Senior Scheduler Coordinator in maintaining and updating the scheduling system for service maintenance activities.

A family-run business based in Bedford with the needed facilities to run the everyday operations and tasks. The company has a wide range of experience to offer, so you will be able to learn from experienced members and progress within a highly motivated team.

You will need experience in an administrative role and, ideally, some scheduling knowledge, but this can be taught. You will need strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.

This role is looking for:
  • Good Computer skills – Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work site-based Monday to Friday.
  • Good communicator and great attention to detail.
