Job description

This newly created Management Accountant will form a key part of the Finance team for Growing Private Equity firm Paying £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience and currently operating a 3 day a week in the office with a Discretionary bonus. Located right next to Goodge Street Station.

Role

This Management Accountant Role will help the Private Equity Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. The role Will also have the progression to become a fund accountant after 6 months. Key responsibilities included.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Group cash management including payment runs, FX management and forecasting.
• Support Fund Accountant in FCA and SEC compliance
• Quarterly VAT submissions and annual corporate tax returns
• First point of contact for Group auditors
• Opportunity to assist Fund Accountant in Fund reporting
• Progression path towards Fund Accounting

Profile

The Management Accountant Role for this Hedge firm is ideally looking for

• Someone who is Newly Qualified (ACA, ACCA)
• Someone who wants to be a Fund Accountant
• Someone who's had experience with using Sage 50

Salary & Benefits

Salary is bench marked between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. Additionally, there is a Discretionary bonus and hybrid working of 3 days in the office plus full a bonus
