Wiltshire Council’s Wiltshire Support at Home team are looking for multiple Support Workers.
Full time and part time roles are available in and around:

Chippenham (Including Marlborough and Pewsey)
Trowbridge
Salisbury

Requirements for Senior Support Worker:

To work shifts to meet the needs of the service including early morning, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This will include the participation in an ‘on-call’ rota as part of the normal working week. An unsocial hour’s payment in accordance with Wiltshire Council’s HR Policy will be paid where appropriate.
Caring and friendly attitude
Experience in setting up customer packages and managing a staff team.
Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle preferred however this is negotiable.
To undertake travel across the local area to carry out customer visits
Working with people in their own homes and play a key role in enabling customers to achieve their goals and objectives
