About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Casual Administrator within our Management Information Systems Department, we're looking to recruit staff that would like the flexibility of a casual contract with hours to suit you.
Assisting and supporting Heads of Faculties, lecturers, and other professional services staff throughout the academic year to provide administrative support.
The role and responsibilities consist of:
* Enrolling, transferring, and withdrawing students
* Checking enrolment paperwork
* Creating and supporting academic staff with timetables and registers
* Assisting Heads of Faculties forecasting their upcoming years curriculum.
* Checking students' personal information is current and correct.
* Providing assistance and training for the college wide student database (ProSolution).
* Being part of a team consisting of 4 other Business Partners and 1 Senior Business Partner led by the MIS Manager.
About You
To apply for the role, you will hold GCSE Maths and English at level 2 (Grade C/4) or above. You will also hold or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification. Experience of working within the sector is beneficial but not essential. You will have strong organisational and time management skills and be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
Additionally, you will be self-motivated with a positive attitude, empathetic, understanding and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
