ACCOUNT MANAGER
BARNSLEY - HYBRID AFTER 3 MONTH PROBATION
UP TO £42,000 + COMPANY CAR
Get Recruited is supporting a market-leading business based in Barnsley that, due to continued growth, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
You will be supporting and building relationships with clients, ensuring they are engaged with the products and getting a strong ROI. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from an Account Management or Sales background who is looking for a new challenge in a relationship-focused role.
THE ROLE:
- Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
- Ensuring all their queries are dealt with promptly, working with colleagues to provide these solutions
- Building a picture of each of your client's business, their needs and goals to ensure you can support them in using the products to achieve this
- Providing clients with accurate product and pricing information
- Conducting service reviews with clients to proactively identify areas of additional business and areas of improvement with client engagement
- Managing your time to ensure each client is spoken to and met with regularly
THE PERSON:
- At least 2 years experience within an Account Management, Sales Executive, Telesales, Sales Support, Customer Service or similar client-facing role
- Confident to build relationships with senior key stakeholders
- Able to manage a sales pipeline
- Full UK Driving licence
- Able to create engaging proposals for clients
- Excellent communication skills
