Job description
To work as part of the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust (RCHT) Nutrition and Dietetic team. To provide dietetic support and advice to patients and Health Professionals within paediatrics, specifically home enteral feeding, as well as other areas of Paediatric Dietetics where required. To assess, treat and monitor an agreed caseload of patients. To provide education and training to key stakeholders, as required. To communicate with the MDT throughout the patients dietetic care pathways, as appropriate. To develop dietetic resources as required. To keep accurate records in accordance with RCHT policy and Health and Care Professions Council standards. To contribute, as appropriate, to clinical governance activities within the Nutrition and Dietetic Service. To be responsible for recording and submitting clinical activity data on a regular basis.
