Job description
What you will do in your working day
To support and assist in an administration function within the Sales or Servicing teams within the business, ensuring you fully understand how the organisation functions to facilitate you to develop and become a competent member of the team.
Duties will include:
- Use IT software to produce emails or letters, analyse data, update a database, produce reports
- Answering/directing client and suppliers queries
- Client/supplier support by telephone/email
- Uploading various paperwork to internal and external systems
- Communicate internally and externally with all stakeholders
- Use of social media
The training you will be getting
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
Remit will deliver this apprenticeship in the workplace and you will have a dedicated assessor who will guide and support you throughout the programme.
You will have access to an E-Portfolio where you can track and log your progress.
