Job description
Unite People Build is a specialist construction recruitment solutions provider. Our client is recruiting for a Construction Planner in Sheffield. You will be part of a successful team, involved in both pre-construction tender planner and post-contract site Planning.
You will be working for a company that has enviable staff retention levels, hybrid working and exciting mixture of negotiated multi-million pound projects in the local geographic
Core Responsibilities
- Tender and pre-construction Planning with Bid and Projects Teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules using ASTA
- Identify critical path activities and work the project team to mitigate potential delays
- Work with the project team, to identify optimised resource allocation
- Create update reports
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
Your Background
- Industry related qualification preferred
- Experience as a Planner or Project Manager that has involved Programming experience.
