The Role: As our CFO, you will be more than just a financial gatekeeper. You'll be a pioneer in a revolutionary approach to funding, a strategist, and a key player in driving Geometrik's success. This role is not just about managing numbers but about being a part of something that changes the game. Key Responsibilities: Lead the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and investments, ensuring the financial health and growth of the startup. Develop innovative funding strategies to secure the necessary capital for expansion, leveraging a mix of traditional and unconventional resources. Manage all financial documentation and compliance requirements with precision and care. Work closely with the CEO and other executives to align financial strategy with overall business goals, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. Be an active participant in seeking out and engaging with potential investors, presenting financial forecasts, and highlighting the startup's growth potential. Implement robust financial systems and processes to support scalable growth. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a similar leadership role within finance, ideally in the startup ecosystem or a related industry. Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience in fundraising and navigating the investment landscape is essential. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving financial strategy while being a collaborative team player. Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA or CMA preferred.
