Job description
What you will do in your working day
Duties will include
- Answering the telephones and speaking with clients
- General office administration
- Export procedures and preparing paperwork
- Filing and organisation, data entry
- Assisting with order coordination; liaising with customers and suppliers
- Quotation follow-up work and handling IT systems
- Email clients and staff
- Assisting with sales enquiries and raising quotations
Sage 50 Account training to:
- Process sales orders and purchase orders
- Bookkeeping assistance
Salesforce database training to
- Manage customer database, complete data entry
- Marketing campaigns via Social Media, Website and Blogs
- Keep records up to date
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.
The Rubber Company and Boom Training will provide support throughout the apprenticeship training
The training you will be getting
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
- Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business
- You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
- You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
- End Point Assessment (online)
- Occasional group classes with other learners
- Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required
- Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
This is a genuine opportunity to take on responsibility and develop skills according to the apprentice's own ability and motivation. Potential exists for a permanent role at the end of the training period with an attractive salary and benefits package.
