About your team

Fidelity Wealth Management (FWM) provide regulated financial advice and guidance to new and existing Fidelity customers. The Quality Monitoring team is an integral part of ensuring the advice and guidance we give is suitable, compliant and of the highest possible quality.

About your role
The Quality Monitoring (QM) team are a front line team independent of but working closely with regulated supervisors to ensure that investment and pensions advice is suitable, compliant and of a high standard before any recommendation is sent to the client. QM is also an integral part of the FWM guidance function, making sure guidance provided to customers is accurate, consistent, compliant and of a high standard. The business looks to the QM function to provide useful and supportive feedback and MI to advisers, consultants, supervisors and team leaders to help individuals improve in their current role. The QM function is ideally placed to identify potential process and policy improvements, and to liaise with colleagues in the compliance team when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

About you

You will ideally hold the QCF Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent diploma level pension technical knowledge or have in depth knowledge and understanding of an adviser role, to include investments and/or pensions/at retirement experiance. Previous supervising, file checking or compliance monitoring experience in a regulated environment or a good understanding of the detail and importance of this role. The ability to work equally well on your own initiative and as part of a team with a keen attention to detail.
