Job Title: English Lecturer

School / Area: English, Maths and Skills for Life

Salary: £33,681 -£44,468 p.a. depending upon experience

The College is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and skilled English lecturer to teach English language and Functional Skills from entry to L2. You will be required to teach English through a variety of different learning strategies, communicating effectively with students and providing them with appropriate support in accordance with the programme and individual requirements.

You must have a degree in English (or English must form a significant part of your degree programme) or have a Level 5 Subject Specialism Diploma as well as relevant teaching experience. A recognised teaching qualification is greatly desired or the willingness to achieve this.
