Job description
We are looking for a Concession Manager to lead our Phase Eight team in Hoopers, Harrogate. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently a Supervisor or similar, looking to take their first step into management.
Our Concession Managers play a pivotal role in creating a first-class shopping experience for our customers. Through commerciality and collaboration, you will coach and support the store team to reach their own professional development goals and drive excellence to impact customer service KPIs and overall sales figures.
