Job description
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Car/Van Driver to join our client in Bedford on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Safely transporting goods and materials to various locations in and around Bedford
- Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and team members
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications required for the role include:
- Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Previous experience in a similar driving role
- Excellent knowledge of the local area
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The pay rate for this position ranges from £11.00 to £11.44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
