About the role

Our work matters to millions. Itll matter to you too. Join our Living Places team as an IT Administrator and you'll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work.

Provide onsite support the use of Visual Management on the contract utilising available systems and data. Support improvement projects by developing, reviewing, and analysing. This will require travel to various locations around Warwickshire and Solihull .

What you'll be doing

As an IT Administrator , you will have the following accountabilities:

Identification of digital improvements / innovation and support changes to Warwickshire and Solihull Contract to improve performance.

Support a culture of continuous improvement through engagement with contract team to enable innovation across all aspects of the contract.

Act as the point of contact for all IT and digital activities on the contract, driving improvement in the use of IT, while ensuring appropriate use by all staff.

Act as a Super User for all IT systems and platforms used on the contract, specifically:
