Job description
The Rapid Response Team deliver care to patients attending the Emergency Department and admittitance wards at Warrington Hospital. The team is an integrated mix of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Assistant Practitioners and Therapy Assistants. The team works in a dynamic fashion to ensure rapid assessment, treatment and successful discharge planning using a Discharge to Assess pathway.
