We're on the hunt for a talented Finance Manager to join our client, an award winning law firm.
The successful candidate will overseeing daily activities and address finance-related issues, navigating the organisation towards financial excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training and day to day management of Finance Administrators and Credit Controllers
- Coordination of tasks performed by the finance operations team
- Leading regular team meetings and tracking progress
- Managing the internal Finance helpdesk system
- Maintaining and updating procedures, training manuals
- Streamlining departmental processes
- Covering Administrator tasks in the event of absence
- Act as a first point of contact for any team issues and escalating as needed
- Managing the supplier payment processes
- Liaising with practice management system suppliers to resolve issues or enhance user experience
- Liaising with the partnership bankers to provide support when opening new bank accounts
- Working closely with the financial reporting team in relation to daily bank reconciliations
- Providing support to the financial reporting team and assisting with development of monthly and quarterly reporting
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in financial management and accounting
- Previous experience of using Xero is an advantage, but not essential
- Proven experience managing a team and operations in a similar business
