We are recruiting for our 'Brand New' service 'Opening March 2024' located in Coalville Leicestershire .
We are looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers who will ensure T he People That We Support live their best life possible.

We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.The service comprises of 15 flats.
The people that we support require different levels of support, which could be anything from a Physical Disability, Learning Disability, Challenging Behavior or Autism. One thing you will all have in common is caring nature, bags of enthusiasm, patience, and fun, putting the needs of the people we support at the forefront of all you do. Be prepared to go the extra mile!
The people that we support will have a wide range of hobbies and interests. We try and match yours to theirs to ensure that they are living their best life possible enjoying the things they love to do together.
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. This is why we're really passionate about recruiting to individuals’ values and we recruit people from all walks of life ; From people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role, from people with lived experiences who may have friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives, to people with no experience at all.
