An experienced and talented Finance Manager is being sought by a growing Retail business based with great commuter links in Blackpool. The business has a unique product range and as such has seen sales sore over the last 12 months. This has allowed the MD to open up new markets and divsions.

Your role as Finance Manager, will report directly into the Managing Director and will have responsibilty for a small team. Highly organised and deadline driven you will be responsible for the financial future of the business.

Your duties as Finance Manager will include:

• Full preparation of the Monthly Management Account pack
• Preparation of a solid 12 month cash flow projection
• Reporting of MI to MD, and assist in the development of same to help make informed decisions
• Process and system development to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
• Quarterly VAT submission
• Management and development of junior staff members

This is not an exhaustive list and the Finance Manager will be proactively involved in the ongoing review and improvement of procedures to maximise the efficiency of the finance function and contribute to the achievement of the organisation's overall objectives

The succesful Finance Manager will ideally be ACCA / ACA Qualified although QBE candidates will equally be considered.
