Barista/ General Assistant
Glasgow
£11.10 an hour.
We are looking for a talented all rounder to join the team for a new large office space opening in March on Argyle Street. The site will have a number of different outlets so ideally, we need someone equally comfortable working in a specialty barista bar but also a busy restaurant style environment, and even KP if needed!
The hours will predominantly be Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am- 5pm, on an 8 hour shift pattern.

Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
Barista, making high quality coffee and hot drinks to a "Specialty coffee" level.
Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
Cross training will be essential and the ability to help where needed.
Qualifications
We would be looking for someone with a background in the hospitality industry- bars, restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, contract catering! A knowledge of Specialty coffee would be an advantage also but we would be offering a wide range of training also!
