Conference Producer - OTE of £47,000 (from a basic of £43,500 plus bonus)
Working for the events arm of a significant media business
Responsibilities
- Travelling nationally and internationally to ensure the successful, high-quality delivery of customer services and the event experience to delegates, as well as speaker liaison to ensure all speaker preparation and requirements are taken care of and that the faculty feel welcome, comfortable, and happy to participate in our conferences.
- Liaising with Conference speakers/ moderators and their communication teams for placement on the agenda
- Conducting telephone and in-person research with potential attendees in the target market to develop programme agendas
Location of Kensington, 4 days in the office; 1 day WFH.
