Job description
Key objectives of the role include:
- Prepare daily documents and organise paperwork to ensure a smooth opening operation.
- Attentive communication during the opening and closing of the park.
- Take pride in organisation and admin tasks to create consistency with documents and spreadsheets alike.
- Answering phone and radio calls from rides managers and ride operators to communicate information such as hourly throughputs, shutdown information and opening and -closing times and safety checks.
- Flexible admin tasks from the Operations department.
This role is Full Time, and the ideal candidate must have:
- Clear understanding of Health and Safety commitments within a visitor attraction
- Policy and Procedure enforcement
- Experience of working in a team environment
- High level of motivation both self and in a team
- Lead and uphold required standards in moments of pressure and deliver good results
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills within a team
- Problem solving and decision-making techniques
