Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to be the cutting edge of the growth in Shaw Trust Supported Internships. This job coach opportunity is part time based in Wakefield and is a 24 hours a week permanent (4 days/week and 6 hours a day) and would suit someone with caring responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with neurodiverse young people or adults, be flexible, committed to making a difference and be able to work under pressure and be an effective communicator. The job coach role will need the successful candidates to be able to work with vulnerable young people and engage employers to offer placements and work opportunities.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
