Job Description



Business Operations helps IFS to execute on business goals through effective deployment of policies, best practices and tools that enable effective insight and leadership across the organization.

The Business Analyst – Global Business Operations helps IFS to execute on business goals through effective deployment of policies and best practices through CRM and other internal tools that enable effective insight and leadership across the organization. The role enables effective change management to direct the design and implementation of business improvement projects across the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cross functional coordination of THOR projects

THOR analysis and issue resolution

Process Definitions and Enhancement

Business Partnering
