Human Resources Intern

Within the Human Resources function, our professionals bring expertise to a number of different areas. In HR, we partner with business leaders to attract, develop and retain the best professional talent.

We play a key role in implementing our company’s global strategy. Our responsibilities include talent planning, guiding employee engagement, developing and mentoring our leaders, and providing tools, analytics and expertise to our entire organization.


What will you do?


This internship offer hands-on experience in a variety of areas including Early In Career, leadership development, data analytics, process improvement, project management and general HR support.

You will be a member of a cross-functional team to support HR programs across LS EMEA.


Who will you work with?


This role reports into the EMEA HRBP team, works closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Talent Management and business leaders across the organization (LSG, LPG and BPG).
In this role you will help implement and continue to build out and develop our Internship and Leadership Development Programs.

During the internship will include HR exposure in the following areas:
• Complete weekly and quarterly data analysis, metrics, reporting and scorecards
• Assist recruiting and university relations teams in supervising analytics, leading interview scheduling and new hire on-boarding
• Act as an ambassador for Early Careers and Employer Branding both internally and externally
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Team members to identify a pipeline of roles for potential conversion placements in alignment with the business growth plan
• PM of the Leadership Development Program

How will you get here?

• Student completing bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business with a HR concentration, or similar degree
• Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate in a cross functional, matrixed environment at all levels of the organization
• Ability to navigate multiple reporting systems and tools
• Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organizational and time leadership skills
• Confidence to present to groups from 5 – 200 employees
