Job Description

We are looking for an additional Lawyer to join our Employment Team.  

We operate from one office which is conveniently, yet discreetly, located on the outskirts of Tamworth.

We act for both respondents and claimants and have expertise in the following areas:

 

• Business reorganisations;

• Redundancy situations;

• Settlement agreements;

• Family friendly rights;

• TUPE;

• Unfair and constructive dismissal claims;

• Equality and discrimination claims;

• Grievances and disciplinaries;

• Absence management;

• ACAS Early Conciliation;  

• Contracts, policies, and handbooks; and

• Restrictive covenants.

 

You may be a solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with up to 3 years’ experience looking to further your career within an established and reputable employment team within the Midlands.  Alternatively, you may be newly qualified, with some Employment experience, and be looking to specialise in this area.
