Shape Up Assistant Coach
Salary: £21.75 per hour
Hours: Evening hours available.
Location: Across multiple sites in the Boroughs of Harrow and Hertfordshire
Contract type: Casual

Summary of your role:
The role is to assist the Lead Coach on the delivery of the Shape Up programme. Shape Up is an ongoing weight management programme delivering 12 weeks of 90-minute weight management sessions. Each session is split into an educational workshop and an exercise class, with a strong focus on togetherness and enjoyment. The course is delivered to adults of an unhealthy weight aged between 18 and 65.
