About Our Client

The client are a large producer of specialist parts in their industry and have been going through a period of renewed growth in the past 18 months. Based in Dagenham, they are recruiting for a permanent Accounts Payable Officer. There is parking on site and you will join a stable, growing and supportive business as they move onto the next phase in their development.

Job Description

• Validate and process large volumes of invoices for multiple European entities
• Manage Accounts Payable mailboxes and resolve supplier queries;
• Liaise with other European sites as needed and requested in order to obtain data/approvals for processing;
• Answer and resolve e mail telephone queries from internal and external parties;
• Collaborate with colleagues from multiple departments to ensure timely resolution of vendor/supplier issues;

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be experienced in the duties listed above, you will be confident and able to commute to the client offices in Dagenham for full-time work and be a great team player with strong communication and query resolution.
