We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team of a prominent Timber Frame manufacturer. With an impending relocation to a cutting-edge facility in Irvine, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to their growth story.

As an Accounts Assistant you will:

• Reconcile and match supplier invoices to GRNs and supplier price grids
• Process purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
• Address payment inquiries from colleagues and suppliers
• Conduct monthly payment and ad-hoc payment runs
• Process sales ledger invoices involving job costing
• Support Head of Finance with credit control
• Assist in producing timely management information reports

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in purchase ledger
• Proficient in working with ERP systems
• Experience with Sage accounting packages or similar
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player with effective communication skills
