Job description

Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Care Manager for our client a large local government based in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will undertake Care Act and Carer Assessments for residents who are currently waiting for their assessment to be completed. Initially contact will be by telephone to ascertain whether initial presenting need(s) remain and to determine whether need could be met by alternative provision. It is anticipated that for Care Act Assessments, this will require a visit to the individual’s home. This is a 3 month starting contract with the possibility for extensions. Hybrid working. Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

Personal Requirements: Working Hours: 09:00 am - 17:00pm, Monday - Friday Pay: £24.90 p/h Please note this role is within the scope of IR35. Key Words: Care Plan, Care Management Framework, Home Visit #J-18808-Ljbffr
