About this opportunity Do you have a passion for technology and problem solving? We are seeking someone to join our technology team as a Junior Developer and embark on an exciting journey. This is an entry level role and as a Junior Developer you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment that nurtures your passion for technology and innovation. You will be learning coding languages/frameworks such as .NET, C#, SQL, ReactJS, HTML, CSS and learning about UI & UX. You will be given lots of learning opportunities to support your growth and development and will be mentored by a Senior Developer. You will be joining us in Insurance, Pensions & Investments working for Embark in the off-platform team which drives the technology solutions and enables the business to maintain the highest levels of service to our clients whilst fully adhering to all regulatory standards and requirements. As a team we are empowered to challenge thinking and behaviours in an open, safe, and innovative environment. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle - responsible for understanding business requirements, participating in detailed design brainstorming sessions and developing Web UI & Middleware applications, SQL procedures/functions, Azure Data Factory, SSIS packages, PowerBI reports, C# web and background services to implement the required functionality.
