Job description
Our Clients lovely setting in Abingdon are looking for a passionate and experienced senior practitioner looking for a new challenge and to take a step up into a management role as Third in Charge, working alongside the management team. Based on 40 hr working week, salary is c£27k plus, dep on experience, together with loads of great benefits.

Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
