Job Advert Location Description This service accommodates and supports up to 32 adults with an acquired brain injury and complex health and social care needs. Our purpose built facility offers accommodation in easily accessed grounds with car parking facilities. Situated within easy access to local transport links and motorway networks, the focus of the service provided is to meet the holistic needs of each individual aiming at maintaining and improving their quality of life. Job Advert Role Description Job advert Band 5 Occupational Therapist An exciting opportunity for a band 5 Occupational Therapist to join an established multi-disciplinary team within a 32 bed extended Neurological Rehabilitation Unit providing specialist care and rehabilitation to those with a range of neurological conditions. You would be given the opportunity to gain experience working with patients with complex physical and cognitive deficits including patients with prolonged disorder of consciousness. Providing assessment, patient centred rehabilitation and working with the wider team to facilitate complex discharges. You will be given regular supervision and training and have lots of opportunities for joint working with other OT’s and the rest of the MDT.
