Responsibilities
Oversee the allocation and management of housing units, ensuring a fair and transparent process
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address any health and safety concerns
Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and engagement
Act as a liaison between residents and external agencies, addressing concerns and resolving disputes
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties
Enforce tenancy agreements and follow appropriate legal procedures for evictions and arrears
Develop and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and community organizations
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in housing management, social sciences, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in housing management, preferably in a supervisory or senior role
Strong knowledge of housing regulations, policies, and procedures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in using housing management software and other relevant tools

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.71
