The ideal candidate will have experience in Pakistani and Afghani cuisine, with a passion for creating outstanding dishes that will delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Chef at Kukus Piri Piri Limited, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, with a focus on various authentic cuisines.
• Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served to customers.
• Learning and executing new menu items and specials, staying true to our authentic roots.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Managing food inventory under the Chef's guidance, ensuring optimal freshness and minimizing waste.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and a high level of skill and expertise.
• Working closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure our customers a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience require as an assistant Chef.
• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment associated with authentic cuisines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for creating authentic and delicious dishes that delight our customers.
