What is a Production Supervisor? 

Combini is looking for a compassionate, communicative and diligent individual to help lead our diverse Production Team at our new Edinburgh location. Production Supervisors work in tandem with other Production Supervisors and Senior Production Supervisors, taking responsibility for more technical tasks in our kitchen (including cutting fish and rolling sushi) and have the duty of ensuring high food safety and hygiene practices are upheld by all staff.

Combini's Production Team is responsible for ensuring that our full range of products is available to our customers throughout our opening hours, while maintaining high standards for product quality and appearance. As a Production Supervisor, you will help share and uphold the core values and standards we expect at CombiniCo and act as a role model for the Production Members you will help lead.

Experience

Experience in the food industry is not required, but it can be desirable in this role. The successful applicant will be enrolled on a CPD accredited Level 3: Food Safety and Hygiene course (if they do not already hold this qualification). All further training will be provided by CombiniCo on site.

Requirements

• Be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a passion for CombiniCo's products, values and cultural roots.
• Be willing to work both weekdays and weekends.
• Commit to at least 32 hours per week.
