Job description
HR Admin Assistant
Pertemps are seeking a strong administrator to join our client on a temporary contract, supporting with HR Administration. You will be required to support management with a wide range of administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will need to have strong administrative skills, within a HR environment is advantageous however not essential as you can be trained. You will need your own means of transport as this role is based in Market Drayton, however, is on a hybrid working basis.
Salary £12.82-14.36ph
Hours Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
Temporary contract - around 12-18 months | Starting March 2024.
Key Responsibilities not limited to:
- Administer and maintain accurate employee data, records, and files in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and record-keeping policies.
- Checking contracts before distributing to employees.
- Scheduling meetings and invites and taking minutes of meetings.
- Creating employee and manager training briefs/consultation packs.
- Recruitment administration to raise and onboard new starters.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
Ideal Candidate
- Will have a strong background in Administration, in a HR environment would be advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy whilst handling confidential and sensitive data and documents.
- Computer literacy: Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word, experience with and/or knowledge of business applications and tools.
- Excellent communication skills especially via telephone and email.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
